As I mentioned only the other day, I've not spent alot of time playing games. Even so I got to the end of the first disc on Final Fantasy IX, which I'm really loving all over again. And despite only starting yesterday I think I've hit the third of the way mark on EA's Battlefield Bad Company 2 which is proving to be highly enjoyable.

Will hit the multiplayer on that later in the week using a 48 hour trial code, and re subscribe to Live Gold next week if I like it enough.

QotM 2010.03.08

Mark

In partnering with Playboy, we are able to add a unique element of authenticity to the game by using vintage images from the magazine that illustrate the power of Playboy’s influence on the attitudes and culture of that generation.

Dante's Inferno: Dark Forrest

Ben

The main game was fairly solid, lacking in ideas certainly, but not bad if you like your God of War games. You pretty much have to better it just to stop people dismissing it. Fortunately it's not my problem, it's Jonathan Blow's problem, and his answer is The WitnessSo far there's only a handful of concepts, and the description of the game as being "An exploration-puzzle game on an uninhabited island"
